That your Petitioner has from the year 1908 up to the present time resided in Hong Kong at the following

That your Petitioner has not been out of the said Colony at any time during the last 10 years.

5. That your Petitioner is of good character and has an

adequate knowledge of the English language.

6. That your Petitioner intends if his application is granted to reside in the Colony of Hong Kong.

7. That your Petitioner's full name is Li Jow Son and

that he is otherwise known as J.S.Lee.

8. That your Petitioner's place of birth was at Portland Oregon in the United States of America and that he was born there on the 17th day of June 1879 but he has no Certificate of Birth or any other evidence of that effect.

9. That your Petitioner's Nationality by birth is

Chinese.

10. That your Petitioner arrived in Hong Kong in or about the year 1889 and was educated in Hong Kong.

11. That your Petitioner was married on the 7th day of December 1900 to Li Wan Shi the daughter of one Wan then deceased at Sun Wui District in the Province of Kwangtung in the then Empire of China and that no child has been

born of the said marriage.

12. That your Petitioner has taken unto himself a concubine whose name is Ng Shi and that a son was born to him of his

said concubine and such son is now of the age of 8 years

and upwards. Such son whose name is Li Kwok Ying otherwise known as George Lee was born on the 25th day of July 1915 and is living with your Petitioner and his Mother at No. 41 Austin Road, Kowloon, aforesaid,
